For most countries, Free Shipping for orders over $89. 
We offer different shipping way. You can check the cost on the checkout page.
A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order is shipped.
1 Standard Free Shipping: 3-5 Processing Time+ 7-30 Shipping Time (Total : 10-35 business days)
2 Express Shipping(DHL/ Fedex ) : 3-5 Processing Time+ 3-7 Shipping Time (Total : 6-12 business days)
Please note that orders can be delayed due to customs clearance.

Note: All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or postage cost, due to the different policies in different countries. 

All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. In general, there only be a small number of countries need to clear customs.

You will receive an email with a tracking number and a link where you can track your order after the order is shipped. Please check your bulk or spam folder, if you did not receive this email or contact us at support@hanfumodern.com.
 
Once you receive your tracking number, orders can be tracked by going to our Order Tracking Page.
You can exchange the item for free before we send out the package.
 
If the package had been sent out, if you don’t want the items, please reject to sign for the package when it was carrier via China Post. Then the package will return to us, when we get the item back, we will fully refund you.
 
For packages send via express company(TNT, DHL, FedEx, ), please accept the package firstly, then contact us for after-sale sever. Please note if you reject to sign for the package, the package will be destroyed and incurred huge costs. In that case, we will not offer refund or exchange.
 
You have 30 days from the day that you received your item to return it to us for a full refund. Only as long as the products are unused and have all the original packaging.
 
If you need a different item, you will need to place a new order. You will be notified via email when we have processed your refund.
Please contact our within 7 days after receiving the item, by sending an email to support@hanfumodern.com. Please include your order number, email address or phone number, that you used when you made the purchase.
 
Please also describe the problem and provide pictures. We will send you a new item or fully refund you, which ever you prefer.
